Do you want to get into more advanced work in Flash? Would you like to be able to incorporate elements like MP3 players, RSS feeds, and videos into your Flash-based websites? Learning basic programming skills is the first step toward being able to build your Flash experience and create truly interactive web applications. In this workshop, learn basic programming skills that can be applied to almost any programming language using Adobe Flash’s internal scripting language, ActionScript. Concepts covered include variables, functions, loops, basic data types, arrays, objects. This class or equivalent experience is required to take the Advanced ActionScript Workshop, offered next season.
